Members' area rules

1. What is the members' area?

The Pimpers-Life members' area is your own gym: you check in your workouts, track your records and meet the other members and the characters of the series. Signing up is free. Paid options may come later: they will always be clearly presented before any payment, and what is free today stays free.

2. Who can join?

• You must be at least 15 years old. Below that, the members' area is closed.
• You enter your date of birth once. It is only used to adapt the space to your age and is never shown to anyone. To correct it, write to contact@up2ia.com.
• Between 15 and 17: no “online” status, no “Cut” or “Bulk” goal, and no weight or diet tracking.
• Two age groups: members aged 15–17 only see, and can only be friends with, members aged 15–17; members 18+ only with members 18+. On your 18th birthday, your friendships with members under 18 are paused automatically.

3. What you share, and who sees it

You choose who sees each item: Only me, My friends, or Members (signed-in members of your age group). New members start on My friends. You can change it at any time in My locker → Settings.

None of this is visible to signed-out visitors or to search engines.

Notifications: a bell on the site tells you about friend requests, accepted requests, new badges and messages from our team. We never send them by email or to your phone. They are deleted after 90 days.

Challenge of the month: joining is optional. It's about regularity only (never weights or results), with no ranking and no prize. Completing it earns the badge of the month.

Avatar: you can pick an avatar from our gallery of Pimpers-style illustrations. We never ask for a photo of you.

4. Friends and blocking

• To add a friend, you need their exact username, or you can do it from their profile. There are no suggestions and no contact import.
• Declining a request or removing a friend is never notified.
• You can have up to 20 requests waiting and send up to 30 a day.
• Blocking a member hides you from each other everywhere (profiles, gym, online status, requests, reactions) and removes your friendship. The blocked member is not told. You can unblock them in My locker → Settings.

5. What we never collect

• Neither the time nor the place of your workouts: only the day counts. For each session, only the sport and the day: no time, place, duration or distance.
• No before/after photos, no body comparisons between members.
• No advertising, no selling or sharing of your data with anyone.

6. The characters

Léo, Enzo, Lucilia, Māris, Tālis and the others are fictional characters from the Pimpers-Life series. Their workouts and messages are written by the team; their images are created with artificial intelligence tools. They are marked as such in the members' area.

When you reach a milestone (first session, streak, badge, challenge completed), a character may cheer you on in the bell. These lines are written in advance by our team, never generated live, and you can't reply. You can turn them off in My locker → Settings (“Characters can cheer me on”).

7. Good conduct and reporting

• Here, we cheer each other on: interactions happen through reactions (“respect”, 💪, 🔥), not messages.
• One account = one real person. No fake accounts, no impersonation.
• No cheating to inflate a streak or a record: it's pointless, and nobody finds it funny.
• Reporting: you can report a member from their profile or from the gym: offensive username, impersonation, harassment, age looks false, or other. The reported member never knows who reported them.
• Our team aims to review reports within 72 hours. Possible decisions: no action, a warning, profile hidden from other members, or members' area suspended. Each decision has a written reason and is recorded.
• If you reported a member, the bell tells you when your report has been reviewed, without the details of the decision.
• If your members' area is suspended, you'll see it in your space. To contest a decision, write to contact@up2ia.com.

8. Your health first

Pimpers-Life is not medical advice. Train within your abilities, listen to your body, and if you feel pain, get injured or have any doubt, talk to a doctor or a sports professional.

9. Your personal data

• Controller: Ludovic Perrone (site publisher), contact@up2ia.com.
• Why: to run your members' area (sessions, sports, streaks, records, friends, blocks, reports, settings, and the body type and goal you choose to enter) and to keep it safe (moderation).
• Legal basis: your sign-up and your acceptance of these rules.
• Where: on our own servers, in France. No third-party services.
• How long: as long as your account exists. Reports and moderation decisions are kept for 12 months after the decision.
• Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection — by writing to contact@up2ia.com. You can also contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

10. Deleting your account

When you delete your account, all your members' area data is erased: sessions, streaks, records, badges, notifications, challenges, monthly recaps, avatar, reactions, friends and requests, blocks, the reports you sent, and settings. Reports about you and the decisions taken are kept for 12 months after the decision, without any link to your account.

11. If these rules change

They carry a version number. If we change them significantly, we will ask you to accept them again before you continue.
